Tuna Blue has wonderful branded merchandise, but never had enough room to showcase it. So we built an outdoor gift shack on their newly expanded deck (which we also built). It's a spacious 6'x10' space with an extended ceiling covered with translucent plastic for more light. The look and feel has to match the lighthouse we built last year. Overall, sales skyrocketed.
