Halloween is probably my favourite time of the year. So I pulled out all the stops and built an electric witches broom and rode up and down Spring Garden Road. Why? To demonstrate the simple point that you never know what you'll find on Spring Garden Road. They have an eclectic mix of unique shops, restaurants and services. So having a witch flying by unexpectedly is a playful way to make the point and to make it memorable.
